Everything you need to
track your migraines

Built by someone who understands that migraine tracking requires precision, speed, and absolute data privacy.

Real-Time Tracking

Start logging a migraine with one tap. A live timer tracks duration while you record intensity (1–10), head pain location, symptoms, medications, and timestamped notes — all crash-safe via UserDefaults.

🧠

Head Location Mapping

Pinpoint where the pain is: Left, Right, Front, Back, or All Over. Over time, location patterns can help you and your doctor identify specific migraine types and refine treatment.

📋

Symptom & Medication Logs

Track 12 default symptoms from Throbbing Pain to Brain Fog, plus any custom symptoms you add. Log medications taken during each episode. Add real-time timestamped notes as the migraine evolves.

📊

Insights & Charts

Frequency bar charts, intensity trend lines, and top symptom rankings — filterable by week, month, 3 months, or full year. See your patterns at a glance.

Tap the tracking card anytime to edit details — change intensity, add new symptoms, log a medication, or write a timestamped note.

When the migraine ends, tap "Stop Migraine". The entry is saved with the exact duration and all recorded data. An auto-stop safety net prevents orphaned sessions after 24 hours (configurable).

These insights can be invaluable when discussing treatment strategies with your neurologist or healthcare provider.
