Add intensity (1 to 10), where it hurts (left, right, front, back or all over), symptoms and medications. Stop when it is over, or let the auto-stop timer do it after 12, 24, 48 or 72 hours. - Timestamped notes: Add as many notes as you like during an episode. Each one gets a time, so you can see later what changed and when you took something. - Log past episodes: Forgot to start the timer? Enter start, end, intensity, symptoms, medications and notes afterwards. Edit any entry later. - Insights: Charts and statistics show how often episodes happen, how strong they are, and which symptoms come up most. Switch between week, month, three months and year. A monthly calendar colors each day by intensity. - Report for your doctor: Create a PDF with summary figures, intensity distribution, weekdays and times of day, frequency, intensity trend, symptoms, medications used and a list of all entries. Add your name, date of birth and a comment if you like, then share it from your iPhone. It is meant to support the conversation with your doctor. - Understand: Read how migraine can unfold (prodrome, aura, attack, postdrome) and which triggers people commonly report. Each section names its source: American Migraine Foundation, Mayo Clinic, NHS, NINDS, WHO and the International Headache Society, with links. - Reminders: Optionally get a reminder every 30 minutes, 1, 2 or 4 hours while an episode is running, asking whether it is still going on. - Your data: Your entries stay on your iPhone. No account, no cloud sync, no ads, no tracking. The app makes no network requests. Back up automatically every 7 days (up to 7 backups) or manually, and export or import your data as JSON. - Five languages: 4Migraine speaks English, German, French, Spanish and Italian and follows your iPhone's language. To change it, use the Language row in the app's settings. More: - Always-dark design - Customizable symptom and medication lists - Try the app with sample data - Reset all data at any time ## Privacy Everything recorded in 4Migraine stays on the device. The app makes no network requests of its own: no 4Migraine server, no user account, no location access, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no third-party SDKs, no iCloud sync. Report details (name, date of birth, comment) are stored on the device and appear only in reports the user creates. Check-in reminders are scheduled locally. Backups (up to seven) are written to the app's own Documents folder; JSON exports and PDF reports leave the device only when the user shares them. Like all app data, the data is part of the user's iCloud or computer device backup if that is turned on. Migraine, symptom and medication information is health data under Art. 9 GDPR and is processed only on the device. ## Medical note 4Migraine is not a medical device and gives no diagnosis or treatment advice. It does not replace talking to a doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
